Geospatial Account Executive - Government: Remote
The Company
We are a global geodata and engineering services company with 20 years of proven track record, having delivered projects in over 70 countries with a team of 1,000+ people across 3 international delivery centers and client service offices in the US, Europe, and UK. We have established ourselves as a respected service provider with deep domain experience in transforming complex spatial data into actionable insights in the Government, Telco, AEC and Utilities sectors.
The Opportunity
Within our government practice, we deliver end-to-end geospatial services that modernize land records, improve cadastral and mapping accuracy, reduce operational inefficiencies, and create reliable digital records for governments, infrastructure systems, and public assets.
We are seeking a high-caliber Account Executive to spearhead the growth of our government vertical. This is an individual contributor role with the primary focus to add new logos by selling our foundational suite of mapping and digital twin services, and also broadening adoption of our proprietary, AI/ML cloud-based platform designed to disrupt plat map vectorization and cadastral correction in land administration.
You will engage directly and through existing Partners with US Cities and Counties, AEC and engineering services firms who support transportation and built environment initiatives, and Global National Mapping Authorities via Esri Partners.
What You’ll Sell
Foundational Mapping Portfolio: Our foundational mapping services provide governments with authoritative base datasets that underpin taxation, land administration, and environmental planning. These include topographic mapping with DTM/DSM generation, orthophoto mosaics, land use/land cover mapping, 3D City Digital Twins, high-fidelity 3D city models, BIM integration, and change detection for urban planning.
Proprietary Platform: Our proprietary AI/ML cloud platform built to modernize cadastral systems at scale. It converts legacy paper and PDF plat maps into authoritative, LADM-conformant digital data, and integrates natively with ArcGIS Parcel Fabric.
Responsibilities
- Pursue government-funded infrastructure programs by positioning our full mapping and geospatial portfolio through AEC and engineering services firms supporting transportation and built environment initiatives.
- Position our platform directly to US Cities & Counties, and National Mapping Agencies, and through US-based company partner channels and global Esri partner channels.
- Differentiate our platform by highlighting its ability to convert legacy paper and PDF plats into authoritative, LADM-conformant digital data, rapidly and at scale.
- Address critical gaps in cadastral data accuracy impacting tax assessment, land ownership adjudication, and disaster recovery planning that can be solved through accurate geospatial insights.
- Engage consultatively with government GIS Directors, Surveyors, and administrators to build long-term program relationships and multi-year program pipelines.
- Represent us at industry events and conferences. Strategic Partner Management (Esri-Centric).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Esri’s worldwide sector leads in State & Local Government.
- Co-sell alongside Esri Account Managers and our regional sales team in Europe to position our native ArcGIS Parcel Fabric integration as the preferred solution for cadastral modernization.
- Drive platform adoption by recruiting, enabling, and co-selling with Esri partners targeting cadastral modernization programs.
