VDI Administrator (Cloud + GIS)

We’re hiring a VDI Administrator to support cloud-based virtual desktop environments and GIS platforms. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll troubleshoot real issues and keep users up and running across Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and AWS WorkSpaces.

What You’ll Do

• Own support tickets from intake to resolution or escalation
• Troubleshoot performance, access, VPN, and session issues
• Support cloud environments (AWS & Azure) and virtual desktops
• Assist users in Esri ArcGIS environments
• Monitor systems, manage users/permissions, and maintain configurations
• Document solutions and collaborate with cloud + GIS teams

What You Bring

• 4+ years in technical support, help desk, or MSP environments
• Experience with Citrix, AVD, or AWS WorkSpaces
• Strong knowledge of Windows, networking (DNS, VPN), and cloud fundamentals
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Bonus

• ArcGIS experience
• Active Directory / EntraID, RDS, or scripting (PowerShell)
• AWS, Azure, or Citrix certifications
