The Company

Our client is a global geodata and engineering services company with 20 years of proven track record, having delivered projects in over 70 countries with a team of 1,000+ people across 3 international delivery centers and client service offices in the US, Europe, and UK. They have established themselves as a respected service provider with deep domain experience in transforming complex spatial data into actionable insights in the Government, Telco, AEC and Utilities sectors.

The Opportunity

Drive strategic repositioning, revenue growth, and business model transformation across Government, Telecom, and Utilities markets. Lead enterprise sales expansion, scale global delivery operations, and build long-term client partnerships focused on measurable outcomes—not billable hours. Competitive compensation with performance incentives and equity participation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead commercial transformation to an outcome-based, IP-driven model
• Scale revenue and margins through enterprise, consultative sales
• Own P&L ($25M+ experience required) and drive profitable growth
• Build and lead high-performing sales and operational teams
• Optimize US–India global delivery model
• Strengthen C-suite relationships across government and infrastructure sectors

Qualifications

• 15+ years of executive leadership in geospatial, engineering services, AEC technology, or related sectors
• Proven experience selling into Government (federal/state/local) and Telecom; Utilities experience preferred
• Demonstrated success scaling a direct sales force and leading business model transformation
• Experience with value- or outcome-based pricing models
• Strong understanding of global/offshore delivery environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Geospatial Science, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
