The Content Producer is a creative, hands-on role. Based full-time in Chatsworth, this position creates images, infographics, short-form videos, reels, carousels, blog graphics, email visuals, and supporting written copy to support social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website initiatives. The Content Producer works closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life, create and manage the content calendar, and help position the company as the leading authority in enterprise drone and security solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Create compelling visual content including images, infographics, static ads, social media graphics, carousels, and short-form video/reels for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Shoot and edit in-office product photography and simple video footage (drones, payloads, security trailers, team shots, demos, etc.).
  • Create supporting written copy, captions, headlines, and scripts that align with brand voice and campaign goals.
  • Design email marketing visuals, landing page graphics, and website hero images/banners.
  • Create and manage the content production calendar, coordinating deadlines, priorities, and deliverables with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate daily with the marketing team to execute the content calendar and campaign needs.
  • Maintain and organize a library of visual assets, templates, and brand elements for rapid deployment.
  • Stay on top of platform trends and best practices to ensure content performs optimally on each channel.
  • Assist in brainstorming and concepting new creative campaigns and series.
  • Occasionally support live event coverage or trade-show content capture when needed.


Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of professional experience creating marketing content (images, graphics, video, copy) for brands, preferably in tech, hardware, e-commerce, or B2B.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, short-form video, infographics, and product-focused visuals.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva.
  • Solid photography and basic videography skills (lighting, framing, simple editing).
  • Excellent written communication and ability to write engaging, on-brand captions and short copy.
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, create and manage calendars, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work full-time from our Chatsworth, CA office.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the drone, security, public safety, or industrial tech space.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and content performance optimization.
  • Experience creating content for LinkedIn and YouTube specifically.
