Sales Lead - Security Trailers

Our client, a leading enterprise drone solutions provider to U.S. public safety, critical infrastructure, and Fortune 500 clients, is launching a dedicated autonomous security trailer division in 2026. This is a ground-floor, career-defining role for an accomplished B2B sales leader who wants to own and scale a multimillion-dollar physical security product line inside an established, high-growth company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, closures, and client training.
  • Prospect and research new potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging industry networks and lead generation tools to expand the customer base beyond inbound leads.
  • Own full revenue responsibility for the security trailer P&L from day one.
  • Build the go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel partnerships, and sales playbook.
  • Develop aggressive sales strategies to grow the product line, including partnerships with security integrators.
  • Use company CRM to forecast sales and report pipeline health; analyze competitors to differentiate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.
  • Minimal travel, only for high-value deal closures or key industry events.
  • Provide expert-level consultation and guidance to potential customers, staying informed on market trends, new products, and industry developments.
  • Process orders accurately, including booking, invoicing, and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase security trailer capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion, revenue per client) and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales materials and educational content to support customer onboarding and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, customer data protection regulations, and company branding guidelines.
  • Leverage our existing relationships with thousands of public safety agencies, utilities, and large construction firms to accelerate adoption.


Qualifications:

  • 5 to 8+ years of successful B2B sales experience in physical security/surveillance (mobile solar trailers preferred).
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quotas and growing territory or product line revenue.
  • Established relationships with buyers in construction, critical infrastructure, utilities, large events, or oil and gas.
  • Comfortable representing the product line to customers, partners, and at industry events.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in integrated security solutions or recurring revenue models.
  • Existing network with security integrators or large enterprise buyers.
