Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively prospect and qualify leads for security trailers, highlighting features like 360° PTZ cameras, rugged design, and real-time alerts.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, demos, proposals, negotiations, closures, and client training.
  • Develop aggressive sales strategies to grow the product line, including partnerships with security integrators.
  • Use Pipedrive CRM to forecast sales and report pipeline health; analyze competitors to differentiate.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to hit revenue targets.
  • Minimal travel, only for high-value deal closures or key industry events.
  • Provide expert-level consultation and guidance to potential customers, staying informed on market trends, new products, and industry developments.
  • Process orders accurately, including booking, invoicing, and client onboarding, ensuring a smooth sales experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Participate in product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase security trailer capabilities to prospective clients.
  • Track sales performance metrics (e.g., lead conversion, revenue per client) and provide feedback to improve processes.
  • Contribute to the creation of sales materials and educational content to support customer onboarding and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with sales policies, customer data protection regulations, and company branding guidelines.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls and emails to existing customers, fostering long-term relationships and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer lifetime value.
  • Prospect and research new potential clients through targeted outreach campaigns, leveraging industry networks and lead generation tools to expand the customer base beyond inbound leads.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in B2B sales of security/surveillance products; mobile trailer experience a plus.
  • Proven track record of hitting quotas; knowledge of physical security standards.
  • Strong networking, resilience, and training skills; experience with Pipedrive preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial drive to launch a new product.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work in-office in Chatsworth, CA preferred (remote possible); must be authorized to work in the US.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field preferred; relevant industry experience is prioritized.

Base salary: $65,000 + commissions (OTE $110,000–$160,000).
