GeoSearch is currently recruiting for an experienced LiDAR Technician to join our client on a full-time basis in their Tulsa, Oklahoma office. The LiDAR Technician will be responsible for processing LiDAR datasets, QA/QC and the management and delivery of data.

Functional Responsibilities:

• LiDAR data processing and production
• Calibrate and classify LiDAR data using TerraSolid software
• Work effectively with team on tasks, timeline and production methods
• Meet production schedule deadlines
• Work with photogrammetric team to solve any issues with LiDAR data processing
• Troubleshooting of technical issues
• Assist team in assuring quality control with project deliverables

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous related work experience
• Experience in all phases of airborne LiDAR production. Mobile LiDAR experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of all phases of LiDAR calibration, cleaning, and final deliverable generation
• Experience using LMS, TerraSolid, and MicroStation
• Ability to work well with a team or independently if needed
• Strong communication skills
