We are seeking a Project Surveyor in Aurora, IL for our reputable client! They provide private sector surveying services from pre-engineering surveys through design and construction to final as-builts and submittal.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in diverse private sector surveying projects
• 2+ years of project management experience
• AutoCad Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, computer and technical skills
• Excellent communication, oral, interpersonal, written and organizational skills
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, including demonstrated ability to assess, evaluate, and implement company initiatives, and present creative solutions
• Ability to work independently or in a group setting

Responsibilities:

• Ability to perform, manage and supervise the production of ALTA surveys, topographic surveys and construction surveys from start to finish
• Provide an accurate accounting of time spent on projects with descriptions for each time entry on a daily basis
• Complete projects on time and within budgets
• Maintain a good relationship with clients and staff
• Effectively keep Sr. Project Managers informed of the status of projects and tasks
• Communicate closely with other disciplines and/or sub-consultants
• Develop, maintain, and enhance relationships with existing clients
