(“GeoSearch,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing the Site or submitting your information to us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. About our services

GeoSearch is a recruiting firm that connects job seekers with employment opportunities. We review resumes and other information submitted to us against positions that match a candidate’s background, and where we identify a fit, we contact the candidate with the details we are able to share about the opportunity.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age and able to form a legally binding agreement to use the Site and our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:


  • Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, or impersonate another person.
  • Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is unlawful, harmful or offensive.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or its related systems.
  • Use the Site or any data from it for unauthorized commercial purposes, including scraping or harvesting candidate or job data.

5. Submitting your information

When you submit a resume or other communication to GeoSearch, we will review it in accordance with the position or positions that match your background. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. By submitting your information, you agree that we may store it in our confidential database and use it as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Routing of applications

All applications will be routed directly to a GeoSearch recruiter, unless another company is specified in the advertisement, in which case your resume will be routed directly to that organization. We will not submit your information to any client without your prior consent.

7. No obligation and no guarantee of employment

Our recruiters may reach out to you when we see a position that fits your profile. You are never under any obligation to proceed if an opportunity is not the right fit for your job search at that time. GeoSearch does not guarantee that you will be contacted, interviewed, placed or offered employment. Hiring decisions are made by the employers we work with, not by GeoSearch.

8. No fees to job seekers

There is no charge to job seekers for our services, and we will never ask you for a payment method. If anyone claiming to represent GeoSearch requests payment or financial account details from you as a job seeker, please contact us immediately using the details below.

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos and the GeoSearch name and marks, are owned by GeoSearch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission. You retain ownership of the resume and other content you submit, and grant us a license to use it for the purpose of providing our recruiting services.

10. Third party sites and listings

The Site and our listings may link to or originate from third party platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other job boards. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, terms or privacy practices of those third parties. Your use of any third party site is governed by that site’s own terms.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

12. Disclaimers

The Site and our services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoSearch disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Colorado.
