As company IT Analyst you will partner with management team to determine IT objectives and improve business outcomes. You will design and implement systems that will optimize organizational efficiencies. You will keep the company up to speed on best practices with IT standards and guidelines to ensure compliance. You will provide basic levels of support and troubleshooting while maintaining logs and asset inventory. Other duties and project-based tasks may be assigned to develop, implement and document our IT infrastructure.


The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Own and orchestrate all IT related functions for the organization
• Respond and Resolve incoming IT support requests; troubleshoot hardware/software issues
• Support back-end infrastructure involving private/public cloud and off-site data center
• Maintain service records and IT documentation
• Maintain and track IT related hardware across the company while providing support for new asset purchases and life cycle management of existing hardware
• Install and configure hardware/software components
• Upgrade systems to enable compatible software
• Install and upgrade antivirus software
• Test and evaluate new technology and on new hardware/software
• Analyze IT requirements and provide objective advice to stakeholders on the use of IT
• Set up new user accounts, update profiles and handle password issues
• Create IT related policies and procedures
• Design efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs
• Coordinate developers to build and implement technology solutions
• Integrate multiple systems and reconcile needs of different teams
• Gather feedback from end users about system performance
• Provide technical training to end users
• Other IT related tasks as assigned by management team
• Help build resilient system implementations to ensure information security, stability and availability of business applications
• Monitor current and future technology trends and make recommendations of solutions and standards that meet the business needs and drive improvement


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field
• Proven experience as an IT Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role with 5-10 years of experience
• Knowledge of databases, system security and troubleshooting
• Understanding of business practices with analytical mindset and problem-solving aptitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficient with MAC and OS
• Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in MS Azure & AWS
• Must be able to administer O365 and Jira
