Description

GeoSearch has an immediate need for a Draftsman to work remotely! Our client specializes in a full range of surveying services including title surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, FEMA elevation certificates, and site plans.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient with the use of Carlson Survey software or AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of colonial surveying methods
  • Ability to multi-task and work remotely with others to meet objectives and deadlines
  • Proven ability or extensive experience analyzing title documents, deeds, encumbrances, etc.
  • Proven ability or extensive experience performing ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Proven ability or extensive experience performing boundary calculations and addressing title matters

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze research
  • Perform boundary calculations
  • Review and address title matters associated with ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys
  • Prepare data for field technicians/surveyors
  • Communicate with clients as necessary
  • Ensure objectives and deadlines are met
  • Preparation of surveys and associated documents for delivery to clients
