This firm holds some of the most exclusive state contracts in OH and are now looking to grow their TN office.
This client provides services in each market segment: Civil Engineering, Geospatial/Surveying, WW/Stormwater Management, Water Systems, Transportation, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Construction for municipal, county, and state agencies; Federal government, private Developers, Real Estate companies, and even healthcare.
We are seeking candidates with a background in engineering, a strong entrepreneurial, business leadership, business development experience specifically within the state/local/municipal government markets in TN and regional states. The Business Development Leader will find new markets and new customers for the client’s complete line of professional services with new and existing customers. In this role, one must be highly skilled at developing and maintaining relationships for continual sales opportunities and use a consultative approach in each market segment.
Required Experience/Background Profile
- Bachelor Degree /Civil Engineering preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in business development delivering exceptional results
- 10+ years direct experience, in lieu of degree
- Established relationships with Federal, state, and local government leaders
- Driven to generate new business
