Description

As the BIM Operations Manager, you will review, plan, manage, and lead on Building Information Modeling projects from start to finish to ensure they meet the project scope, budget, and schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Reviews, organizes, and manages projects to provide clarity to customers in order to gain an understanding of the BIM project scope and details.
- Collaborates with sales and leadership to successfully bid and execute BIM projects in a way that meets both customer and PPI revenue and profit goals.
- Manages the Project Kick-Off and participates in the project, ensuring accountability and success in each project.
- Leads the project team, continually reviewing the overall scope, budgeted hours, and deadlines to ensure the team is up to date and the project stays on track.
- Handles complex issues related to the project scope, timelines, and budget to ensure all customer and business goals are achieved and changes are handled effectively.
- Oversees weekly team meetings to discuss questions and resolve any problems on projects related to software, processes, and/or BIM coordination issues.
- Monitors and reviews projects for any errors and trains the team on BIM modeling expectations.
- Recruits, leads, trains, and mentors others to help build the competencies, PPI Core Values, and the success and retention of the team.
