Measure tie and control points, runs triangulation, process orthos and orthomosaics with both proprietary and commercial software, and reviews the final products for accuracy and quality.
Ensure that customer accuracy and quality requirements are met by following established procedures and policies.
Assist with the production of photogrammetric and digital mapping products in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Document details related to project progress and overall status updates using established company standards and systems.
Performing GPS post-processing.
Associates degree or higher in GIS, photogrammetry, land surveying, engineering, cartography, or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience preferred.
Knowledge of Trimble Inpho Photogrammetry software, SimActive Correlator3D, Applanix POSPac MMS
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Excellent computer and technical skills.
Willingness to embrace and learn new technologies.
Strong analytic skills.
Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Ability to work independently and within a group.
Exercise attention to detail.
Hourly rate with overtime. The range is 25-40/hour depending on the level of skill and experience. Relocation assistance is available.
