Description

Our client is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager to help promote growth by developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across varying business units that support the brand and generate demand. You will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across the company and leverage your expertise in data, analytics, and reporting to deliver highly effective campaigns that align with strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, optimize, and manage 1-3 strategic marketing programs and timelines simultaneously across multiple channels
  • Request and review research to support program and campaign development
  • Identify and execute a testing approach for demand generation pilots
  • Propose and validate audience, messaging, and channels through automated campaigns and advertising
  • Create and personalize anchor and supporting content, nurture assets, and sales enablement content
  • Leverage marketing analytics and reporting platforms to determine campaign success criteria, manage campaign status reports, and continuously audit and improve the digital experience and outcomes
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and executives to align on identify market opportunities, objectives, benchmarks, messaging and audience targets, and content to ensure campaign success
  • Stay abreast of Identify emerging digital technologies, media opportunities, approaches, and strategies
  • Innovate and document new best practices and process improvements for demand creation and generation that drive enterprise-wide changes

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing; 5+ years of experience in campaign management
  • Proven track record for executing and measuring successful integrated and digital marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated capacity for developing innovative marketing strategies
  • Strategic thought leader who can effectively manage multiple high-level projects simultaneously and work well in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience interacting with and influencing executive stakeholders
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s or higher in marketing, business, or related fields (master's preferred)

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience, Adobe Target, Power BI, Pardot, and/or Salesforce
  • Knowledge of GIS products
