In this role, you’ll manage existing relationships, develop new partnerships, and oversee the integration and execution of partnership strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to our growth and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in partnership management, exceptional negotiation skills, and a keen ability to identify and develop opportunities into successful collaborations.

Responsibilities
- Manage and build on existing partner relationships
- Actively seek sales and market development opportunities with existing partners and systems integrators.
- Understand and drive our clients' participation in partner opportunities that increase brand exposure.
- Align our clients' sales and marketing team with partner offerings and capabilities to drive new or further existing sales goals.
- Educate and align our clients' in fulfilling requirements for tiers, badges, certifications, and programs.
- Identify and track benefits to ensure our client makes the most of its partnerships.
- Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships
- Engage select partners in crafting and executing go-to-market plans.
- Identify, develop relationships, and negotiate deals with new partners.
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies.
- Assist all business partners in defining, refining, renewing, and reviewing ROK services and offerings.
- Develop and track KPIs around partnerships and associated activities.
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute tactics and messaging in support of key partners.
- Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance.
- Attend key events to present on behalf of our client.
Requirements
- Strategic thinking and innovation
- ArcGIS® Enterprise and/or cloud experience
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
