Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role in continually assisting the improvements and enhancements of the Salesforce platform for our client's organization.

The Salesforce Administrator should have proven expertise in delivering results in the Sales and Service Cloud. Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivery of business solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for various customer industries.
• This role is responsible for the administration of our client's systems for maintenance, reports, dashboards, as well as future improvements.
• As projects dictate, will require collaboration with outside third-party implementation teams - typically to extend the platform to other areas where you may not have established expertise.
• Help provide training and drive adoption of the existing system as well as new features or functionality that are developed.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business processes and objectives.
• Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
• Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
• Oversee data quality and integrity through data cleansing, validation rules, and deduplication efforts.
• Execute data imports, exports, and data migration tasks.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
• Assist users in creating and customizing reports as needed.
• Monitor and enforce security best practices within the Salesforce environment.
• Stay informed about Salesforce updates and implement changes to maintain compliance.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements

•  2+ years of proven experience with documentation.
• 3+ years of proven Sales/Service Cloud experience.
• 2+ years of demonstrated Flow experience.

Recommended Qualifications

•  Experience with Experience Cloud, Conga Composer, and CPQ would be a plus.
• Experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) would be a plus.
