Systems Sales Manager - Data Collection

We are seeking a geomatics sales professional to be responsible for the generation of Aerial / Industrial revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders; understanding and interpreting technical requirements; establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base: for part of the US region. This position will require extensive travel within the US.
Job Duties:
- Daily management of local distribution partners,
- The development of the US customer base and existing accounts,
- Coordinate with existing support team, R&D and management to achieve customer goals,
- Act as first point of contact for new and existing customers,
- Perform on-site technical demonstrations,
- Conduct technical presentations: 1:1 and conferences,
- Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends; identifying sales opportunities,
- Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport; providing technical / sales information and explanations; preparing quotations,
- Use Marketing techniques to create cold / warm / hot prospects for sales and to motivate each group throughout the sales process,
- Close new accounts by answering telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries; verifying and entering information,
- Develop accounts by checking customer's buying history; suggesting related and new items; explaining technical features,
Skills and Qualifications:
- Qualification in Geomatics, Mapping Science, Aerial Photography or related technology.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM helpful.
- Bilingual English/Spanish Language helpful.
