We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager! This candidate will have a strong background in federal work and will interface with clients regularly. In addition, they will lead a team of 5-10 technicians. We are open to considering a fully remote candidate who is based in the United States.  

Responsibilities: 

• Lead, train and mentor team of technicians to ensure long-term growth of the LiDAR program
• Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple projects
• Manage projects from start to finish while ensuring our services meet our clients’ needs and quality
• Plan and implement procedures and systems to maximize operating efficiency
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and track and report progress to meet project deadlines
• Support corporate strategic initiatives

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Photogrammetry and/or Aerial LiDAR
• Experience with GIS and/or CADD software Terra Suite, LP360, LAStools, Qgis & ArcGIS
• Must have a minimum of five years' experience with LiDAR calibration, classification and QC of LiDAR deliverables, and USGS 3DEP (United States Geological Survey 3D Elevation Program) deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication leadership and motivational skills
• Ability to meet fixed deadlines and maintain a high degree of focus with minimal supervision
