We are seeking a Survey CAD Technician who will demonstrate excellent attention to detail throughout the survey process to assist a Licensed Surveyor or Survey Project Manager and coordinate with the field staff. You will process field data and prepare existing conditions and as-built topographic survey plans, boundary surveys, subdivision plans, and various exhibits. The majority of your time will be spent in the office, but occasional field work may occur. 

Qualifications:

AutoCAD Civil 3D experience;

Experience processing survey data using Carlson Survey or Trimble Business Center a plus; 

Experience with construction stake outs, property lines, and/or as-builts;

Experience conducting field surveys a plus.
