Our client is seeking a Professional Land Surveyor with experience and licenses in NC, SC, and/or VA to join the team. The ideal candidate will be an LSIT or PLS and have a minimum of 5 years of surveying experience. We are looking for an individual with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide creative solutions to unique situations.

Qualified candidates can be located anywhere in NC, SC or VA. This is a remote position within those areas.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting ALTA surveys, as-builts of commercial sites, topographic surveys (traditional and aerial via drone), and engineering surveys for design and mapping
• Performing boundary analysis and computations
• Creating accurate survey maps and reports
• Communicating with clients to understand their surveying needs and ensure the final product meets their requirements
• Supervising field crews and directing their work
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field
• LSIT or PLS license in NC, SC, and/or VA
• Minimum of 5 years of surveying experience
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles and practices
• Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Willingness to work in a team-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license
