Our Story<\/h5>\n

GeoSearch was founded by Richard Serby in 1988 on a simple idea: geospatial companies deserve a recruiting partner who actually knows the field. Nearly four decades later, that's still exactly what we are.<\/h4>\n

We’ve spent those years building real relationships across surveying, GIS, remote sensing, LiDAR, and photogrammetry – not as a generalist staffing agency that takes the occasional GIS role, but as specialists in one field. In 2023, GeoSearch became a woman-owned company under president Jessica Touchard, who has served as a committee chair with MAPPS for over five years. We’re also active members of the Geospatial Professional Network (GPN) and the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF). That involvement isn’t marketing.
