Our Process

Your resumes will not come in high volume, only perfect quality!

How this works on our end:

1.  2-3 recruiters are assigned to your search.  These talented professionals find candidates from many
sources including our industry focused resume database, the major job board resume banks, competing
companies, and advertising.  

2.  Typically, you will begin to see resumes within 2-3 days.  You may contact them directly or ask our staff
to set up phone interview times with the candidates of interest.  We will be in touch with you asking for
feedback on the resumes so that we can better screen the people we come into contact with providing a
more targeted result.

3.  When communication with the candidates begins,  we will keep in touch with you and each applicant
to make sure all communication is flowing smoothly.  This is to make sure we are able to alert you of any
changes in the candidate's job search status.

4.  Once you have narrowed the candidate pool and are considering personal interviews, we can help you
check references.  We can also help with verbal offer negotiations and any scheduling needs.

Retained Search - A flat monthly fee based on the number of positions, location, and
number of hiring managers involved.

No surprises! Our oldest ‘flagship’ search service. Often used when hiring several new
employees at the same time or over a period of time. $2950/mo for six months.
No
additional fee upon hire.

Contingency Search -
The same great service as our Retainer Search, with the fee based
on a percentage of base annual salary. Most often used for a ‘C’ level search or ‘key
employee’. Fees based on search criteria, some searches may require a mobilization fee.
